Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is a formalized means of organizing and storing an organization's documents and other content that relate to the organization's processes. The term encompasses strategies, methods, and tools used throughout the lifecycle of the content management. It automates the capture, search, routing and networking of documents and content. ECM aims to make the management of corporate information easier via simplifying storage, security, version control, process routing, and content retention.

Incident/ Case Management System – I/CMS

 Automation tool to help users understand any incident/fault on a basic level in order to use the appropriate competences (resources) and drive the restoration team to gather sufficient information to start analysis and maintain a general overview of the incident.
